Return & Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched.
  • Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If you wish to make changes to your order (size, product, address, etc.), you must contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • Cancellation or modification requests after shipping will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

Any of these three methods can be used to initiate the exchange process.

  • The exchange request must be raised within 3 days from delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • An exchange fee of ₹200 applies (covers reverse pickup and delivery).
  • The exchange process may take 6–7 working days.
  • The requested product will be dispatched once the reverse pickup is completed and approved.
  • Exchange is allowed only one time per order.
  • Products purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.

Important Notes

  • For damaged or wrong product claims, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.
  • The video must clearly show:

          -The sealed package before opening

          -The full unboxing process

          -The product and the damage or issue clearly

  • Without a proper unboxing video, the claim will not be considered valid.
  • Products returned in used, washed, damaged, or tagless condition will not be accepted.
  • Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order. We do not support repeated exchanges.

·       You receive the wrong item.

·       The product has a manufacturing defect.

·       To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

  • Products purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted if:

- The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

- Original tags or packaging are missing.

- The return request is raised after 3 days of delivery.
